Easy to follow weight loss tips

1. Eat smaller meals three to five times per day.

2.Eat nutrient foods such as whole grains, lean proteins, fruits and vegetables.

3.Eat slowly

4.Prepare healthy snacks that are easily available such as cut carrots, apples.

5.Avoid buffets at hotels and restaurants.

6.Drink plenty of water, especially prior to meals.
